An obligation



When does street photography trigger privacy rights? 
As an amateur photographer I have given this question due consideration. I therefore politely requested this man’s permission to shoot him. 
He answered “you not only are allowed to take my picture…. you HAVE to take my picture!”

    I meant to say a "true gentleman" .....I was trying to post and realized I did not have a google account.....technology is great, I just bypassed that and I am anonymous........love all the pictures, thanks, Mary from Thomasville, Alabama
